Showtime is serving up some summertime heat with two of its top series. The network announced Wednesday that “Ray Donovan” and “Masters of Sex” would both return for new seasons on Sunday, July 12. “Ray Donovan” bows at 9 p.m., followed by “Masters of Sex” at 10 p.m.
Each series will air 12 hour long episodes.
Season three of “Ray Donovan” will welcome guest stars Ian McShane, Katie Holmes and Elliott Gould. Liev Schreiber returns as Los Angeles’ favorite fixer, with Donovan drifting farther from his family in the upcoming season.
Season three of “Masters of Sex” will follow William Masters (Michael Sheen) and Virginia Johnson (Lizzy Caplan) through 1966 and their new found fame.
